This weekend was constituted of, wait for it............epic. In the driving parties and free stuff categories 

lets see brief recap


Thursday:

Thursday evening, get sister, get lift, and head to MD, drop off Misha and Mitra (ya I know hard to keep em strait eh) at some friends place.
Then drop self and sister off at home. See old friends (lyn and Megan) briefly.


Friday: 
pick up Misha from place in VA after watching star trek again. It was better the first time but still entertaining.  Then to pre party.  Nice time lots of chat and a bit of tired ness I went to sleep at some point in time.

Saturday: 
wake, and pancake.  Mumm pancakes. Then planning, stress, and more poor planning on my part causes me to NOT look pimp for party that night.  Party starts, FIZBALL for the win!!   Party proceeds Second wave hits and I run out of juice, a friend crystal, of the uber punk fame, gives me a hug and kiss and some Thai food and life gets better. This guy I only see every 3 months "Khmer" shows up we get wasted on whiskey and physics and penis jokes, because, hey, they mesh well.  See ballroom dancing WANT
I lame out about 3 am and fall over on a very soft couch, and miss the good convos and sexin.  Possibly for best.

Sunday:
wake and had out to home.  Am lazy there and pack gas grill then change cars (they are like pants or a hat) then back to DC in jeep.  I have missed brunch but also have missed spending money and the crap at then end when the wait staff fucks up the bill.

role in, re acquire people, and give Prevo a hug. 

Head to VA and mishas moms house get deluged with stuff.  Some of which may even be useful. (any one need boxing gloves???)  Get my various x-boxes confused and pay for the old one; it’s not a 360, sad face.  O well.   Furniture is NOT acquired as we are out of room and not bothering with a trailer at this point in time.  Also it was only a few benches.  So what eve.

Fall over snuggle fest (at least as much as I can do such things, with my whole, “don’t touch me while I sleep” thing) then


Monday:
awake feed and back to NC.

get In clean house & fall over also I fixed my sisters car.  W00t. 

Tuesday: work & napping then home and cook out my Tuesday d&d game did not happen to much people and hot dogs. O darn :)  the Gnols will wait.

Wednesday: wake, work, then to Kemps after car switch and 4th Ed build then to pipers party, o dam I forgot my plaid suite.  Sad face

o yes and sometime Wednesday I did this journal update.



 

I'm going to steal Jess’s voice and go "o LJ I should ever post to you” it sounds better in her voice.

Any who.  Lets see if I can’t recount my weekend.

Friday: work (i.e. video games for several hours) I’m likening command and conquer 3 its trashy RTS fun.  A surprisingly coherent and unified story and its not half bad to boot.  All I have to say other than that is MAMOTH TANK!!!

Evening there was some hanging out at I think Darryl’s there was a short sleep then at 3am I dropped Misha off at the train station so that she could go to dc for a b-day party.   Then sleep

Saturday: work (see above) then grabbing Felicia for a bit.  Then she went to get food and hang with out friends. I did the same.  I remember that I got some food with people and then after a bit board games happened, go-go game of thrones, I then re-acquired Felicia more board games lots of chatting about philosophy (1800 century German philosophers) and religion various and nerd stuff.

Sunday:   : ) slow start but it involved naps and pancakes. WIN!   Got people to come over for board games notably twilight imperium, which was fun..ish.  There was drama Darryl was frustrated bout something (highly unusual) and Kemp reacted and thus was flustered.    Towards the end I was able to pop out and grab Misha then the night ended.  Sleep. a major bright spot when Darryl and kemp were out not using there cell phones I got to hang out and chat with Mitra which is pleasant

Monday: groggy, slow start, went to see battle for terra with Felicia and Misha   hung at Darryl’s then did magic that evening ok all things considered

Tuesday: work, with (freakishly enough) real work occurring.  Well at least till 2 after that Hal my boss tends to run out of steam.  But we might keep working neat; down sight have done fuck all to plan my D&D game tonight. O well it'll still be fun.

this whole job stuff is lame.

other than that its fine.


time to start looking around again.

other than that things are stable at home and feel better than they have in a long time



went to the cabin over Easter with my dad. was awesome lots of chatter.

oooo  other than the microcosm that is my life nothing is going on.  work, fuck around, sleep, repeat,   occasionally wash and rinse

i think im going to be in boon new weekend and back in MD parts of may.  anyone want to come?

my sister is being hard to get in contact with.  (they youngest one)  other than that life is good.

i happily get that feeling a lot currently.  not exciting but happy. 



I fear that by leaping to avoid just fading into obscurity in my own eyes I may have done just that. 

hence the no posting


now have secure job. is very easy. mostly

i had lost them for a while.



also i have a job now.  a good one.  i have signed all the papers and everything.  i start on monday.  i dont think it will be as good as my one in md but its stable reasonably well paying and gives me 40 a week.    i think i can manage with that. 

its like this hole that has beeen eating at mea has gone away.  yay not worrying.

tues: job app at rent a cop place.  Twilight Imperium until way to late but worth it.

wed: waste of a day due to the previous day being to late.  went to pride to run game night and then chatted with people for a bit.

thurs:   ?  stuff?  ended up at gecko game night, star wars battle front is lame. That’s all I can recall

fri: work (for money!) then to chapel hill for party at chris/carter's place.  was ok.  kat was a dick to me again but what ever.  Got back excessively late.

sat: work, actually on floor with old biddy’s lots more standing than I am used to not much walking with a purpose.  feet hurt.  O I biked to work. Go me!   out with misha for Indian.  the indian place has slipped now that they are under new management.


O a question.  Am I hard to read?  Like emotions, when you look at do you have trouble telling if I am happy or sad or angry or happy?

i was up way to late last night.  i got daryl , tyler and b-dog (for a bit) over last night to play twilight imperium it was good.  unfortunately despite my best efforts things started late.  like 9ish.  so we went on till about 4:30 ish am.   i started getting tired about 2 am and thus started to miss things like ganking tylers bloddy war suns.

apparently my destroyers are hard core. 


other than that im just trying tobe usefull todya and go out job hunting.  or at least drop off apps.  some thing. 

so work finally started.

they are planing on giving me lik 10 hours a week? WTF?

and so im tryng to get a reason to NOT play video games till late... well later than it is right now.

woke up.  called work . got them stuff to get me a employee code  I am to call them tomorrow for schedule.  and hopefully work.
breakfast and then almost to the SSN office but then i find my passport.


i will be working at cold water creek selling old lady clothes to old ladys.  its not great but its a job so i can stop freaking misha out on tuesdays over weather i can cover the rent (yes i can! just but its gold)

long space of playing phone tag with jen...  eventually make it to EUC and food  then its off to el careton with jen and darryl for food and HUGE margaritas. i think i may only order those from now on so as to cut down on food.

back to our place dinner in a crock pot (minimal as i am full)  watch all of the advent children bonus disc its all crap.  though the trailers for AC were crap.  in fact made me want to NOT see the movie.  remember guys short sweet and to the point.  5 min of artsy rambling will destroy any theme or glory you have.  i felt this to be sad as AC was great trashy fluff.

pick up thai and bring misha to check out a breakfast nook and benches for our breakfast nook area (super cheep) think i will grab it come this weekend.  

saw Thai's current BF and watched her grumble about him.  pro tip dont lie about not wanting to do something. saying no is hard but you dont get in trouble then.  he bailed on her at the last min and said he had something to do.  apparently that was going to the gym.  not the best move kid.  o and good quote for the day "Stupid bloody russians"  i think my dad would feel heartened to hear it.  

then off to see my bloody valentine in 3d.  meh  a bunch of people get stabbed i felt less annoyed at the characters because most of them were ambushed hard core and so didnt actualy fail at life (and defending them selves) they just got ganked really hard.   urrm... other than that it was nice to hang with misha and thai.  it occours to me that i dont really know thai and that i should, so i shall.

now home and LJing 

well i get to find out my schedule for work tomorrow. 
so hopefully ii'll have more to do soon.
